Raluca Parfenov

Raluca este pasionată de psihologie din copilărie și și-a ghidat întregul parcurs educațional în jurul dorinței de a deveni psiholog clinician.

Manifesto

Copiii triști de ieri sunt adulții deprimați de azi.
Cei care au auzit ‘nu poți să le ai pe toate’ ieri sunt cei care doar supraviețuiesc astăzi.
Toți cei care au fost programați de-a lungul generațiilor să fie nefericiți, aceștia nu trăiesc, doar supraviețuiesc.

Ne naștem puri și plini de iubire, plini de viață, de bucurie și de sete de cunoaștere, însă de la prima gură de aer, condamnarea la nefericire începe… Sufletele ni se îmbolnăvesc, trăirile ne devin invalide, doar așa ne putem adapta într-o lume atât de atrasă de dramă, suferință, răutate și întuneric…

Ne e frică de fericire și de iubire, nu de greu și rău, cu ele suntem obișnuiți. Am ajuns să credem că o viață trăită înseamnă doar chin și sacrificiu. Sufletele plâng, dar fețele râd forțat, fals, la stimuli fără adâncime și substanță…

Ni se spune din fașă că viața e grea, că e doar despre a îndura, că totul ni se întâmplă și ce putem face este să stăm cu mâinile legate. Ne uităm în oglindă prin noi și toate răspunsurile pe care le găsim sunt în exteriorul nostru.

Devenim și trăim tot ceea ce ne displace, toată viața fiindu-ne un lanț nesfârșit de confirmări că nu merităm. Suntem atât de confortabili în propria noastră agonie, încât eliminăm orice particulă de speranță aproape automat, ca pe un corp străin, ceva care nu face parte din întreg.

De ce nu suntem atât de receptivi la minunile pe care viața ni le scoate în față zi de zi, neobosită, cum suntem la orice ne creează suferință și neplăcere? De ce nu vedem frumusețea care ne înconjoară? De ce nu încetăm să opunem rezistență fericirii, armoniei, iubirii? De ce ne cutremurăm și ne speriem când simțim că sufletele noastre sunt mângâiate de frânturi de lumină?

Mergând cu capul în jos, atenți doar la pașii care ne conduc rapid și sigur către abis, să nu ne abatem cumva de la drum, ceva ne distrage totuși atenția. O mireasmă pe care sufletele noastre și-o amintesc vag, dar nu mai știu de unde. O mireasmă pe care am simțit-o ultima oară când luam prima gură de aer, când ne nășteam.

Ridicăm capul din pământ, ademeniți ca printr-o vrajă. Timid, ne uităm cu sufletele suferinde și vedem departe un Univers în care totuși ne simțim acasă. O reîntoarcere la normalitate, la împlinire, la fericire, la armonie. Lăsând în spate tot răul pe care ni l-am făcut condamnându-ne singuri la nefericire și suferință, desprinzându-ne de frici și lacrimi, ne schimbăm traiectoria și destinația.

Luăm guri mici de aer și ne umplem plămânii cu speranță, prin sânge începe să ne curgă viața, ochii ne devin limpezi și luminoși, gândirea clară. Începem să simțim inima cum bate plină de bucurie. Totul în jur prinde culoare. Ne despărțim de tristețe și neputință, căpătăm putere și devenim creatorii propriului nostru Univers, pe care îl construim în jurul nostru cu iubire și emoție. Ne trezim la viață ca după un vis urât. Renaștem și ne iertăm pentru tot răul pe care ni l-am făcut.

Astăzi, mâine și pentru totdeauna, suntem fericiți, liniștiți, împliniți. Viața noastră este despre armonie, despre bucurie, despre puterea noastră de a obține tot ce ne dorim.

Bun venit în cea de-a unsprezecea dimensiune!

Manifesto

Sad children of yesterday are depressed adults of today.
Those who heard ‘you can’t have it all’ yesterday are the ones just surviving today.
All those programmed through generations to be unhappy are not living, they are just surviving.

We are born pure and full of love, full of life, with joy and thirst for knowledge, but from the first breath of air, the sentence to unhappiness begins… Our souls get sick, our experiences become invalid, this is the only way we can adapt in a world so drawn to drama, suffering, evil and darkness…

We are afraid of happiness and love, not of hardship and evil, we are used to them. We have come to believe that a living life means nothing more than torment and sacrifice. Crying souls and forced smiles as reactions to incentives without depth and substance…

We are told outright that life is hard, that it’s all about enduring, that everything happens to us and all we can do is sit with our hands tied. We look in the mirror through ourselves and we cannot find any answer within.

We become and live everything we dislike, our whole life being an endless chain of confirmations that we are not worth it. We are so comfortable in our own agony that we dismiss any shred of hope almost automatically as a foreign body, something that is not part of the whole.

Why are we not so receptive to the wonders that life throws at us day after day, tirelessly, as we are to anything that causes us pain and discomfort? Why don’t we see the beauty that surrounds us? Why don’t we stop resisting happiness, harmony, love? Why do we tremble and fear when we feel our souls being caressed by particles of light?

Walking with our heads down, paying attention only to the steps that lead us quickly and safely to the abyss, not to wander from the paved path, something still distracts us. A scent that our souls vaguely remember, but don’t know where from. A scent we sensed by the time we took our first breath of air, when we were born.

We raise our heads from the ground, lured as if by a spell. Shy, we look with suffering souls and see far away a Universe in which we still feel at home. A return to normality, to fulfillment, to happiness, to harmony. Leaving behind all the harm we have done to ourselves by ruling a condemnation to unhappiness and suffering, detaching ourselves from fears and tears, we change our trajectory and destination.

We take small gulps of air and fill our lungs with hope, life begins to flow through our blood, our sight becomes clear and bright, our thinking sharp. We begin to feel the heart beating full of joy. Everything around takes color. We break away from sadness and helplessness, gain strength and become the creators of our own Universe, which we build around us with love and emotion. We rose back to life like waking up after a bad dream. We are reborn and forgive ourselves for all the harm we have done to our souls.

Today, tomorrow, forever, we are happy, peaceful, fulfilled. Our life is about harmony, about joy, about our power to get everything we desire.
